Angelo Passerini founded in 1962 a Company whose activity was already outlined by the 1963 catalogue: the production of equipment meant for the positioning of the weldment and for the Cartesian handling of the welder.
Constantly increasing the size and improving the performances in order to adapt the machinery to the growing needs of the market and to the development of arc welding technologies and applications,the late ‘70s saw PASSERINI ranking already among the most important European manufacturers.
To start from the early ‘80s, PASSERINI studied special NC fixtures to be combined with welding robots and supplied them first to CLOOS and, later, to ESAB who, between 1988 and 1994, took over the Company’s control.
